Catto Elementary School & Boys and Girls Club
Camden, New Jersey
In partnership with Keating Development, ONE began construction in November 2005 of a 130,000 square foot K-6 elementary school and 40,000 square foot Boys and Girls Club, which also includes the revitalization of approximately 30 acres of park land and the redevelopment of outdoor recreational space. The $80 Million project is a School Construction Corporations school demonstration projects in partnership with the Camden Redevelopment Agency. The project is scheduled for completion in May 2007. 
Symphony House & Philadelphia Theater
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
In partnership with Dranoff Properties, ONE began construction in May 2005 on a 31 story, 163 luxury condominium building which also includes 6,000 square feet of retail, 450 car garage and a 400 seat, state-of-the-art performance theater.  The $125 Million project was initiated by the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation and is scheduled for completion in August 2007. 
Pennsylvania Convention Center Expansion
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
AIR Construction will be providing construction management services as a sub-contractor to Tishman/Jingoli Construction Managers in the $500 Million expansion of the Pennsylvania Convention Center schedule to begin in construction in the spring of 2007.
Scudder Homes
Newark, New Jersey
In partnership with Pennrose Properties, ONE will begin construction in the spring of 2007 the development of approximately 125 rental and for-sale units.  The $42 Million project is being sponsored by the Newark Housing Authority and is scheduled for completion in May 2009.
Martin Luther King HUB/Thomas Jackson Estates
Jersey City, New Jersey
In partnership with Brandywine-Financial, ONE was selected by the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency to redevelop a 90,000 square feet retail plaza and the development of the Thomas Jackson Estates, which will include approximately a 100 unit condominium with 10,000 – 20,000 square feet of retail.  Timetable is being developed. 
Rutledge Avenue Development
East Orange, New Jersey
In partnership with Brandywine-Financial, ONE was selected by the city of East Orange to develop the Rutledge Avenue Project – 13 single family, for-sale housing.  This $8 Million project is scheduled to begin construction in the spring 2007.
North Walnut Street Development
East Orange, New Jersey

In partnership with Jingoli Development, ONE was selected by the city of East Orange to develop the North Walnut Street Project, which includes the development of approximately 100 units of housing. The timetable for this $50 Million project is being developed.
