Consulting: ONE provides real estate consulting services to both public (local government and school districts) and private (not-for-profits) organizations, which includes, but not limited to, planning, design, financial feasibility, and construction.
Development: ONE’s real estate focus is primarily residential development (market rate and affordable). However, ONE has developed and continues to participate as a co-developer in a number of large mix-use (retail, commercial, residential, etc.) and large commercial real estate projects.
Construction: ONE can provide construction consultation in the role of owner’s representative, construction manager, and/or sometimes as a general contractor. Our construction capacity allows us to provide program management services, construction management services, agency construction management services, and general contracting. |
